Due to the restrictive regulations around shipping and exporting firearms and parts, our customer satisfaction policy cannot apply to International customers outside the USA. If you have a service related issue with a Wilson Combat product or firearm outside the USA we will make every effort to rectify your problem but cannot guarantee return shipping, prompt service or inspection of your firearm. If you have a firearm that requires parts or service we recommend delivering the firearm to the authorized Wilson Combat distributor/dealer servicing your country or region. On any claim related to goods or services sold by Wilson’s Gun Shop, Inc. jurisdiction for the arbitration shall be exclusively in Arkansas, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from date of sale.
No parts sold by us are intended for installation except by a trained gunsmith, and parts and firearms sold by us are only intended for factory specification standard velocity ammunition. Any verbal representations made by us, related to installation, should be confirmed with your local gunsmith to assure safe operation in your particular firearm.
NO WRITTEN WARRANTY: Due to the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law, Wilson’s Gun Shop, Inc. does not offer a written warranty. We continue to stand behind our products and services, and to care for our customers, but we cannot make guarantees or warranties of any kind. Returns do take 1 – 2 weeks to process after receipt. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, no return label will be sent. Exchange items are sent at no cost to the customer.

Wilson Combat accepts returns on new/unused/unaltered merchandise in original packaging for a period of 60 days from the ship date for a full refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All serialized item sales are final, and may not be returned. This includes firearm and lower purchases.
All Ammunition sales are final. Ammunition may not be returned or exchanged at any time after delivery.
All sales are final on any opened DVD.

Contact us via our online gun builder or on the phone to choose the gun and options you wish to purchase. You will be provided with the final cost of the firearm. Apply online for financing. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, First National Bank of North Arkansas will alert us to place your order. At this point no order cancellations or changes are possible. When your gun is ready to be built, we will confirm the gun build details during our “kit call.” Your gun will be built and sent to your FFL.
1. If your credit is sufficiently satisfactory to our underwriter, you can take delivery of the firearm when completed.
2. If your credit does not meet our underwriter standards, we will still finance your firearms, but it will be held by us until the contract is paid in full.
