CUSTOM WORK AVAILABLE FOR
We will NOT work on firearms that have been previously modified by anyone other than the Wilson Combat Custom Shop. Parts installed by Wilson Combat will match finish of pistol unless otherwise specified by customer. A 50% deposit of the estimated work cost on complete pistols, or a $50 deposit on customer-supplied pistols, is required at the time the work is scheduled. The balance is due upon completion. Cancelled work orders are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please do not send items not necessary for the custom work such as: gun rugs, gun boxes, bushing wrenches, etc. All firearms are left in shop at your own risk.
Once your custom work is completed, a final invoice for the balance will be mailed to you. Failure to pay this invoice or to make other arrangements within 90 days will result in your pistol being sold for charges due. Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order or personal check. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE HELD 21 DAYS prior to shipping any handguns. All work order changes will be assessed a charge of $20 per change and could delay delivery. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
We recommend that you use a reliable carrier such as UPS (Highly recommended) or Federal Express. We also recommend that you insure any firearm(s) that you ship to us. Overnight shipping is required by UPS/Fedex for handguns. The use of UPS/Fedex Ground Service is allowed for all long guns. You may also ship long guns via USPS.
Please do NOT send items such as gun rugs, gun boxes, bushing wrenches, etc. Please include a detailed letter of the problem or services you require by printing out the gunsmithing rates form. Your custom work will not be scheduled until we have received your firearm, $50 deposit and a signed work order form. Due to Federal regulations, customer’s firearms must be returned to address from which they were received. If you have a change of address, written request for such change is required.
