The new Ultralight Carry was
designed from the beginning to be the ultimate
full-size carry pistol. The foundation is a
fully machined aluminum frame for reduced
weight. When combined with the carry cuts, ball
endmill cuts, round butt frame, concealment
beavertail grip safety and hammer, the
Ultralight Carry is over 1/2 pound lighter than
a comparable steel frame pistol. Experts agree
the ultimate carry pistol must be as light as
possible while maintaining the shootability of a
5" pistol. The Ultralight Carry is handcrafted
with all the features imperative in a daily use
pistol. To reduce the profile and improve
comfort, we have incorporated our new
concealment beavertail grip safety, a round butt
frame and carry cuts / ball endmill cuts on the
slide. The slide stop post has been countersunk
to allow the use of laser grips completing the
features necessary in a daily concealed carry
pistol.

After opening the box containing my new Wilson
Combat Ultralight Carry, I knew that during this
100th year anneversary of the 1911 I have joined a
few lucky consumers that were willing to take
another leap into history. This handgun has pushed
the threshhold of all 1911s to the MAX. Its like my
first new all lightweight alloy bicycle with the
superstrong 5 spoke rims with the red-line forks
when I was 12 years old. Its like the Yamaha RD350
the high-reving dynamo. It's like the Kawasaki 900
in its glory days, light years ahead of the rest.
Like Richard Petty wiping every other racer off the
track during his days of being unbeatable. Like the
first set of poly-eurathane skateboard wheels. This
gun is light as a feather, but strong as a Mack
Truck. It's ridged and steadfast. Now I know why
you have placed this gun on the cover of your
catalogue. It is the Mazda RX7 of pistols. The car
with the rotery engine that was unbeatable, compared
to the old style engine configurations. It is
unfair to all other competetors that still have to
lug those heavy carbon steel barbells around with
them.
