Customer Service Policy
For over thirty years,
complete customer satisfaction is not just one of our most important
goals, it has been the corner stone of Wilson Combat. We want every
experience you have in dealing with us to not only be pleasant and
rewarding, but an outstanding example of customer service. We
strive for perfection, but from time to time, we may make mistakes.
As far as customer service goes, at Wilson Combat® we don't care who
made the mistake, we care most about your satisfaction. This is why
our customers will tell you we have the best service policy and
customer service in the firearms industry. Dealing with Wilson
Combat® will be a very positive and memorable experience for YOU!
Basically, our service policy
goes something like this:
#1 Our Mistake:
Any item purchased direct from Wilson Combat®
that is returned in original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the
original invoice and with a return authorization number will be
exchanged, credit memo issued or purchase price refunded, your
choice. We pay the round trip shipping.
#2 Your Mistake:
Any
item purchased direct from Wilson Combat® that is returned in
original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
and with a return authorization number will be exchanged, credit
memo issued or purchase price refunded, your choice. After 30 days
this applies to retail orders only. You pay the round trip
shipping.
#3 Defective Product:
Any defective item purchased direct from Wilson Combat® may
be returned for repair, replacement, exchange, credit memo or full
refund, your choice. Defective item returns are TOP PRIORITY here
at Wilson Combat® and are processed within 2 business days and
product returns are shipped prepaid via UPS 2nd day air. Obviously
incorrectly installed or abused products are not subject to return,
however we will usually give you a discount on the replaced product.
#4 Product Purchased Through A
Dealer/Distributor:
Any defective Wilson Combat® brand product purchased
through any of our dealers or distributors may be returned direct to
us for repair, replacement or exchange for other product. If you
require a refund, you must return the product to the company you
originally purchased it from, they in turn will send it to us for
adjustment.
#5 Miscellaneous:
Items that do not fall into the above
categories are not normally accepted for return. If such items are
accepted at the discretion of Wilson Combat®, a 10% restocking fee
will be charged.
#6 Return Authorization:
To guarantee prompt processing of your return,
a return authorization number should be put on the outside of the
package. Please call a Customer Satisfaction Representative at:
1-800-955-4856 for this authorization number prior to shipment.
Send all returns to: Wilson Combat®, 2234 CR 719, Berryville,
AR,
72616-4573 prepaid and insured.
#7 Video Returns:
Due to the nature of the video business, all
sales are final on any opened video. Obviously this does not apply
to defective videos or videos damaged in shipping, we will promptly
replace it with another video of the same title.
If for any reason you are
unhappy in any way with a product, service, or how you have been
treated by any one at Wilson Combat®, feel free to call or email our
Sales Manager John May at: 1-800-955-4856 ext. 115 . We are sure he
will solve the problem to your 110% satisfaction.
DISCLAIMERS: Wilson¹s Gun
Shop, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for incidental or
consequential damages. As provided for below, we do not offer any
written or implied warranty on our products and expressly disclaim
any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any
particular purpose.
As a condition of sale, any
controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale, shall
be settle by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial
Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and
judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered
in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to
goods or services sold by Wilson¹s Gun Shop, Inc. jurisdiction for
the arbitration shall be exclusively in Arkansas, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be
actionable unless commenced within one year from date of sale.
No parts sold by us are
intended for installation except by a trained pistolsmith, and parts
and firearms sold by us are only intended for factory specification
standard velocity ammunition. Any verbal representations made by us
related to installation, should be confirmed with your local
pistolsmith to assure safe operation in your particular firearm.
NO WRITTEN WARRANTY: Due to
the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law,
Wilson¹s Gun Shop, Inc. does not offer a written warranty. We
continue to stand behind our products and services, and to care for
our customers, but we cannot make guarantees or warranties of any
kind. This general statement of policies and disclaimers is
effective July 1, 1985,
and no prior statements or promises shall be of any effect for
transaction after July 1, 1985.
