Firearm Order Policy - Effective August 19, 2009 

RETAIL ORDERS 

All retail firearm orders will require a $500 deposit on handguns and a $250 deposit on long guns before work will begin on the firearm. 

DEALER ORDERS 

All dealer firearm orders will require a $500 deposit on handguns and a $250 deposit on long guns before work will begin on the firearm.

PREMIER DEALER ORDERS 

All premier dealer firearm orders must be secured by a signed/dated purchase order from the dealer or a quote generated by a Wilson Combat customer satisfaction representative and signed/dated by the dealer.

SPECIAL / PERSONALIZED ORDERS 

All special orders with non-standard features will require a  $500 non-refundable deposit on handguns and a $250 non-refundable deposit on long guns before work will begin on the firearm. All personalized orders will require a $500 non-refundable deposit on handguns and a $250 non-refundable deposit on long guns before work will begin on the firearm, NO exceptions.

CANCELED ORDERS 

All firearm cancellations will incur a $50.00 (per gun) cancellation fee that will be billed as a separate invoice. All special orders of non-standard product and personalized firearm orders will forfeit their $500.00 deposit on handguns or their $250 deposit on long guns.
